Eye of the Tiger - Advanced Practice
Tuesday 9:00am - 11:00am
An advanced two-hour practice. You are lef through challenging and diverse poses for warmup, standing series, arm balances, inversions, backbends, shoulder stands, forward bends and twists. Includes opportunity to share tips and tricks with one another. Closes with savasana and 15 minutes of seated meditation.
