About The Instructors

Bill and Andrea O’Connor are registered yoga teachers. From Burlington, Vermont they were both in the midst of successful 20-year careers in marketing and sales when they sought relief from the world of 12-hour workdays.

They took up yoga in 2001 and as a couple found what they were looking for - an antidote to stress, injury, and aging.

Andrea left marketing and founded WorkingWell Inc. and Destinations Yoga. She now teaches yoga and Gyrotonic movement exclusively.

Bill teaches yoga several times a week while keeping his finger on the pulse of the wine business as a sales manager.
