Ease and strength in the shoulders starts in the core! In this six week series, you start by learning new ways to access and strengthen the core muscles. Then taking a step further, you develop the ability to use your mid-back muscles to support your shoulder foundation. The upper back and shoulders learn to relax and release tension.

Anusara–Inspired Yoga is a Hatha or physical yoga system that teaches principles to support a healthy body and peaceful mind. It's easy or challenging, and fun! Within a few classes, you start to feel stronger and more aligned in yoga and in life!

Gyrotonic exercise, referred to as "the art of movement and beyond", helps you move as freely as possible. It combines the movements of dance, swimming Tai Chi and yoga and helps lengthen muscles, open the joints, and improve balance. Most people feel free flowing in the joints and muscles after only one session.
