Bill and Andrea O’Connor are registered yoga teachers and experienced telemark and cross country skiers. Initially they practiced Bikkram and Astanga Yoga but eventually chose to pursue the alignment principles and philosophy of Anusara yoga.
From Burlington, Vermont, Andrea and Bill were both in the midst of successful 20-year careers in marketing and sales when they sought relief from the world of 12-hour workdays. They took up yoga in 2001 and as a couple found what they were looking for - an antidote to stress, injury, and aging.
Andrea left marketing and founded WorkingWell Inc. and Destinations Yoga. She now teaches yoga and Gyrotonic movement exclusively. Bill teaches yoga several times a week while keeping his finger on the pulse of the wine business as a sales manager.
They have enjoyed telemark and cross country skiing the Vermont mountains and valleys for the last 30 years.
