Level I / II - Yoga Class
Tuesday 5:45 pm – 7:15 pm

A 90-minute Anusara-inspired class that focuses on breath and movement with alignment and a life-affirming theme. Always includes challenging standing sequences as well as inversions (with modifications) such at handstand, forearm stand, and headstands. Explores various full backbends with mnodifications such as Full Pigeon (head-to foot backbend), Kapotasana, Scorpion, Viparita Dandasana , etc. An opportunity to learn and integrate the Anusara alignment principles with a challenging series of poses.
